Publishing Charges, Discounts and Waivers
Journal of Global Research in Public Health and Movement Science (JGRPHMS) offers publication fee waivers and discounts on the manuscripts to authors from low-income countries, discounts for authors from lower-middle income economies, and discounts for other authors with demonstrable needs.
Criteria for discounts and waivers
- Authors with primary affiliation in countries that is deemed as low-income economies as per the World Bank are entitled to a 50% waiver when they publish in Journal of Global Research in Public Health and Movement Science (JGRPHMS).
- A 40% discount for authors from lower-middle income economy countries defined by the world bank. Please note changes occur each July.

- Please note that changes made to the World Bank list of low-income economies every July. These changes may take time to be reflected in our submission systems. For any queries, please contact us.
We acknowledge authors that do not meet these criteria; hence we consider the discretionary author waiver requests. In this instance, please email us with supporting evidence why the waiver or discount is applicable to your circumstances. You should also include the following:- The affiliation and country of residence of all authors
- Details of where the research was conducted.
- Confirmation of all research grant funding received
Our discounts and waivers are only available to submissions to full open access journals and only applies to corresponding authors.
